Senior Vice President of Water Sector
Chris Quigley, PE
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He served as the Vice President of Peoples & Quigley, Inc. from 1997 to 2024, when People’s & Quigley joined the Rochester | DCCM team. Chris is the Senior Vice President of the water sector with Rochester | DCCM.
His responsibilities include civil engineering and hydraulic engineering projects such as treatment plants, water and wastewater infrastructure, dams, and miscellaneous civil and site engineering work.
When not at work, Chris enjoys sailing, golfing, traveling, and dancing the night away with his wife Francie.
