Vinings Estates Dam serves as a critical stormwater management structure, providing flood control and detention for the surrounding upscale residential community in Mableton, Georgia. PeoplesQuigley | DCCM reviewed existing data, conducted site visits, and performed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to determine repair needs. Construction documents were prepared for principal spillway replacement, emergency spillway construction, and other maintenance improvements. Our team assisted with permitting, bidding, and coordinated with a landscape architect to integrate aesthetic enhancements that complement the community setting.
